What is Alex Tech?

Alex Tech is my personal technical support and troubleshooting practice space where I demonstrate real world skills in IT support, hosting, deployment, and problem solving.

What experience do I have ?

My background includes IT support, device setup, virtual machines, Windows, macOS, CasaOS, Docker, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, and related server environments; basic networking; system configuration; asset management; workflow improvements; and customer support via phone, chat, and email. I’ve supported provisioning teams, installation teams, and day to day operations.

How do i approach tecnical problems ?

I use a step by steo approach: identify the issue, research possible causes, test solutions, and confirm the fix. My focus is on accuracy and understanding why something works.

Anyone who needs assistance with basic hosting issues, domain setup, troubleshooting, device configuration, or general IT support questions.

Why did i make this site ?

To show my skills through practical examples and give recruiters a simple way to see how I work, explore the platform first hand and understand the general mechanics, workflow of the platform and tools
